Bus shuttle and car park

BY SHUTTLE BUS

The Palais des Congrès in Beaune is located in the heart of the Beaune Sud hotel zone, half way between exit 24.1 of the A6 motorway and Beaune city centre (15 minutes by foot).

However, depending on the location of the hotels that you choose, a shuttle bus service can be arranged.

It will be scheduled to meet your needs.

From Paris: Take exit 24.1 from the A6 motorway (Beaune-Centre, Chagny, Beaune Hospices).

From Lyon: Take the A6 after Fourvière Tunnel. Go in the direction of Villefranche-sur-Saône, Mâcon. Take exit 24.1 from the motorway (Beaune-Centre, Chagny, Beaune Hospices).

International Lyon-Saint Exupéry airport is 1 hour 30 min from Beaune.

Dijon-Longvic airport (less than one hour away) offers regular flights to Bordeaux and Toulouse.

Beaune TGV Station offers direct services to Lyon in 1 hour 45 minutes and to Paris in 2 hours 20 minutes.

Dijon TGV Station is 25 minutes from Beaune.

News concerning the rail network!

The high-speed Rhine Rhône line will be launched on 11 December 2011.

Towards the north-east this line will link Mulhouse to Beaune (via Dijon) in 1.30/2hrs instead of 3.30hrs with 11 services per day, including two going on to Strasbourg (less than 3 hours from Beaune) and three going to Basel and Zurich. For Paris, the higher frequency of services to Dijon will improve the offer of trips to Beaune.

This is a major asset for Beaune, which sees its access improved for event organisers and consolidates its image as a dynamic and easily accessible city.

CAR PARKING – PALAIS DES CONGRES
The Palais des Congrès offers a free, enclosed, outdoor car park for 800 cars which can be used by events held at the Palais des Congrès. It is open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. although these hours can be extended upon application of the organisers.
