The SPL structures are public limited companies governed essentially by private law; the capital stock is currently exclusively public and held in the case of the Palais des Congrès by the city of Beaune, the conurbation committee Beaune côte and sud, and Sivoubem (Beaune and Merceuil tourism planning authority) with a minority share.
